Lower back pain along with loss of sensation in upper left leg?

Ok I asked this question regarding my back earlier on here but now im getting worse. My back pain is still there and I did traction for 5 days and that didnt help. Now I have lost sensation in my left leg. From the mid buttocks to my thigh I have lost sensation. I cant feel any pain. I tried pinching myself and poking the area with a blunt object and I still dont feel any thing. I can still move but I just dont feel anything. I think im getting worse. Please help I am scared because I have never had anything like this before. Im starting to think this might be a neurological problem. Thank you and God bless.
