Wow, this is a hard one to answer. You are obviously a very carrying person. He is in love with you and he can't control his feelings. It would not hurt to see him and find out if he can control his feelings now. Sounds like he can express himself. But be careful. You thought you knew him before and were deceived so he could do it again. You have to set the rules and he will have to agree. It is possible you could continue with the old relationship.
