Non-religious person wearing Christian Cross earrings?

You worry a lot about stereotypes don't you? My course is completely male-dominated, I have worn a silver cross all my life (got it from my aunt who died) never take it off, and I have been an atheist since I was a teenager...I'd like to think people aren't so close minded to judge you for stupid little things like that, they didn't stereotype me because I wore a cross, more because I'm a (natural) blonde...
