What would cause a vibration feeling in the head? Please Help!?

My head feels like it is vibrating. The vibrating feeling last 2-3 seconds and is throughout my head. This feeling does not cause any pain. I have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia and Depression. Could this vibration feeling in my head related to my mental illness or could it be neurological?
