I like things on my left side of my body...?

Is this more of an OCD type of thing? I like it much better when there is more stuff on the left side of my field of vision than on my right, when I end something with the left side of my body (such as the I would rather scratch the left side of my face at the end than my right side at the end) and i would rather doodle in the left side of a paper than the right side. Is this an obsessive compulsive type of thing or some other neurological type of deal (I dont NEED things on the left side- it just annoys me a bit if I end with stuff on the right side rather than the left.)
